Minsangi Refund Policy

Minsangi offers a 30-day return policy for all products. You may return any product for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. You must return the product in its original condition with all tags and packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Minsangi customer service at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-555-1212 to request a return authorization number.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the return authorization number with the product.
4. Ship the product to the address provided by Minsangi customer service.

Refunds

Once Minsangi receives the returned product, we will process the refund within 10 business days. You will receive a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or damaged
• Products that are missing tags or packaging
• Products that were purchased on sale or clearance
• Products that were purchased more than 30 days ago
