How do I purchase an item at Minsangi?

The procedure is quite simple: after you choose the designs you love, just send us the name of the design and we will start the process together.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide.

In what currencies are your prices?

Our prices are in XAF (Francs CFA). If you want to know the exact price in your own currency, feel free to ask when we will discuss (WhatsApp, call or email).

I do not see my size, what can I do?

As the items are made to order, feel free to send us your sizes (Bust, Waist, Low hip measurement, and any measurement we shall need).

Do you take custom orders?

We are happy to customise our products to fit your needs.

What should I do if I ordered an item and it does not fit?

We are very sorry to hear this. That is why we advise customer to carefully take their measurements and read our size chart. We can offer to exchange the product or give a discount on your next purchase.

How long until I get my item?

Processing depends on the item, and for shipping, we use EMS. The shipping time usually takes from 5 to 10 business days. We will keep in touch with you to track the item you purchased.

What about men?

For the moment, we design for women, but you can have a look on unisex items we offer. If you are a male and wish to purchase one of our unisex item, please send us your measurements, and we will design it for you.

I want to offer a product and don’t have the measurements of the person, what should I do?

Just send us an email with your request, and we will discuss to make it possible.
