Shipping

Processing time

The processing time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items, and do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Estimate shipping times and costs

All orders are shipped with EMS (Express Mail Service) and are fully trackable on this link.

The shipping time is after the processing time is complete.

Cameroon: 3 business days.

Africa: 3-5 business days

North America: 5-10 business days

Europa: 5-10 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 business days

Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 5-10 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please provide your mobile number and email address as we will you send you updates regarding your delivery.

Payment options

Secure payment options: PayPal, Money order. We will agree on a secure payment option. If you do not use these payment options, we can agree on other options.

Returns for refunds & Exchanges

Returns for refunds

We are happy to accept returns, from any garment that is unworn, and shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery. Simply email us for the return address at claudia@minsangi.com within 14 days of delivery with your number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Funds will be returned used the payment option we agreed on. Depending on the payment method used to purchase the item(s), your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card, or sent back if a different payment method was used. In this case you will support the fees to send back the money. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

Returns for refunds will proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately we are therefore unable to influence this.

Returns for exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges, from any garment that is unworn and shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery. We will discuss on the new item(s) you want to purchase. It has to be at the same value like the first item(s). Exchange costs may apply. Simply email us within 14 days of delivery with your number and the reason why you wish to exchange your item(s). Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item for exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. After receiving the item(s) for exchange, the process will take the normal time for manufacturing and shipping.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Intimate items for health and hygiene reasons, Sale items (items with discounts).
